Na WA Europskom prvenstvu 2021. i Quota turniru za Olimpijadu u Turskoj, Antalya nastupa streli\u010darska reprezentacija izme\u0111u ukupno 40 zemalja i 279 streli\u010darki i streli\u010dara.<\/p>\n

There are archers from 33 countries fighting for just four quota places next week in Antalya. And there are plenty of names among them who would be seen as significant absentees if they didn\u2019t end up qualifying.<\/p>\n

The silver medallist from the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Jean-Charles Valladont<\/a>, will look to book an individual quota for France \u2013 ahead of the final qualifier in Paris, where team tickets are available, in just a couple of weeks.<\/p>\n

For sure one of the most anticipated events, no longer for the return to \u201cnormality\u201d, but for the stakes.<\/p>\n

Antalya (TUR) is back, after the Grand Prix in April, to host the European Archery Championships. The 2021 edition is embellished by the (last) Continental Quota Tournament for Tokyo2020Plus1 Olympic Games, and, for nations already qualified, another important test and training.<\/p>\n

279 archers coming from 40 countries<\/strong> are expected on the shooting line, for a 6-days competition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A long week that will start on Monday 31 May with official practice, then on Tuesday June 1 Qualification Rounds<\/strong>. Wednesday 2 will see the individual eliminations (1\/48 + 1\/24) session in the morning and mixed-team eliminations (till semis) in the afternoon. Thursday 3, last part of individual eliminations and all the team eliminations. Friday 4 is the CQT day<\/strong> for 85 recurve men and 51 recurve women, trying to catch last European spots available. Saturday 5 is dedicated to the Compound Finals, while Sunday 6 to Recurve.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Except for Anton Bulaev, all the other three past champions, of the Legnica 2018 edition, will shoot in Antalya: Steve Wijler (rank n.4), Yasemin Anagoz (rank n.15) and Andrea Marcos (rank n.8).<\/p>\n
